Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Partner Development Manager to expand its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature markets. You will identify and recruit high-potential partners, onboarding them and providing enablement to accelerate growth as a platform company.

You will report to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners and work across teams to align strategies, measure performance, and drive successful partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or a similar role in software
• Experience building relationships with C-level executives
• Business fluency in English and at least one other European language

Position overview:

The Partner Development Manager role is vital in spearheading Autodesk's initiatives to expand its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature. The focus is on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners to our existing Partner landscape. This position is essential for enhancing Autodesk's market reach and propelling growth as a platform company in EMEA. You will be reporting to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Identification: Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals. Research and assess market trends to discover partners that could enhance Autodesk's ecosystem.
• Partner Recruitment: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential partners. Communicate Autodesk's value proposition to engage and secure partnerships effectively.
• Onboarding and Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes. Provide partners with necessary tools, resources, and support for effective enablement.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration and relationship-building within Autodesk's existing teams and new partners. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate strategic alignments and executing on planned strategies.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and execute plans to monitor partner performance and success metrics. Use performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and success.

• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships is critical for recruiting new partners and ensuring ongoing engagement and collaboration
• Business Development skills: This role requires you to be innovative and try new approaches in connecting Autodesk´s value proposition with business potential of new partners.
• Strong communication and presentations skills: Clearly articulate Autodesk's value proposition to potential partners in calls, meetings, webinars etc.
• Resilience: The focus is on outreach activities with high profile stakeholders and on strategical business strategical topics.
• Executive presence: You will engage with key decision makers.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or a similar role in the Software market. Experience in the Autodesk ecosystem or in a platform company is an advantage.
• Understanding of market dynamics in a SaaS and platform business model
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-levels
• Business fluency in English and at least one other European language. Any additional language is a plus.
