Job summary

Merantix Kraków is recruiting a Partner Account Manager to drive partner strategies across EMEA, grow revenue, and enhance customer success. You will manage a portfolio of mid-sized partners and collaborate with inside sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and product teams to execute joint initiatives.

The role demands a hands-on mindset, 3–5 years in SaaS or partner sales, strong English, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on personality capable of navigating complex situations and owning partner performance.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, preferably in partner sales.
  • Strong command of English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

  • Partner Revenue Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and growth priorities.
  • Partner Capability Development: Provide guidance, training, and resources to improve partner technical and sales competencies.
  • Go-to-Market & Sales Execution: Coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, and marketing activities with partners and internal teams.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor partner KPIs, identify gaps, and deliver insights for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success on partner initiatives.

Position Overview

As a Partner Account Manager, you will support the development and execution of partner strategies that contribute to revenue growth, market coverage, and customer success. You will manage a portfolio of mid‑sized partners in EMEA, helping them build sales effectiveness, improve execution, and align with our business priorities. This role requires strong collaboration skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment.

You will work closely with inside sales, marketing, enablement, operations, and product teams to ensure consistent execution of partner‑led initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner Revenue Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets, expand footprint in priority industries or segments, and accelerate pipeline creation.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build trust‑based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, performance expectations, and shared growth priorities.
  • Partner Capability Development: Provide guidance, training, and resources to help partners improve technical and sales competencies, enhance customer engagement, and maximize program participation.
  • Go‑to‑Market & Sales Execution: Coordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, customer engagements, and marketing activities with partners and internal teams to increase demand and visibility.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor partner KPIs, identify performance gaps, support regular business reviews, and deliver actionable insights to drive improvement and accountability.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to support partner‑related initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • This role is tailored for a hands‑on personality. You must be able and comfortable navigating complex situations and have a resolutive mindset. You own your partner’s performance.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, preferably in partner sales.
  • Strong command of English. Any additional European language is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skills.
Useful (but not mandatory) Qualifications
  • Experience in a related industry (e.g. AECO, Manufacturing, Fusion)
  • Sales background
  • Network of partners working with complementary or competitive solutions
  • AI skills beyond re‑writing emails
  • Experience in scaling messaging through webinars, trainings, campaigns, etc.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
