Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Elavon Europe unit seeks a delivery-focused leader to run Partner Operations across Europe. You will own the partner experience end-to-end, manage large operations teams, and ensure performance against SLAs.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Product, Technology and Risk & Compliance to drive change and growth. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, leading with data-driven decisions and a strong bias toward automation and risk

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of people leadership, including leading managers or senior team members.

Responsibilities

Own performance of Partner Operations and European teams delivering partner and merchant processing.
Set direction and roadmap for the area aligned with Operations strategy.
Hold accountability for SLAs and KPIs with focus on service delivery.
Own partner governance including reviews and action plans.
Act as senior escalation point for significant partner issues.
Plan capacity, forecast workload, protect service levels.
Drive daily performance management and reduce errors.
Champion automation to simplify processes and controls.
Collaborate with Product and Technology on system changes and launches.
Maintain risk and control environment with approved procedures.
Present updates to senior leaders with data-driven insights.
Lead and develop managers and specialists in an inclusive team.
