Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B technology or industrial sector.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA North market landscape and cultural nuances.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, Nordic languages) are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel periodically within the EMEA North region.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, PR, content marketing) tailored to the EMEA North market.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing programs and collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
• Organize and support participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global marketing guidelines.
