Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Specialist to support planning, execution, and optimization of marketing programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will drive demand generation, raise brand awareness, and align with regional sales objectives through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

The role requires planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, localization of materials, and collaboration with sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or similar marketing role, preferably within a B2B technology company.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other cross-functional departments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel periodically within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, and PR.
• Support localization and adaptation of global marketing materials including collateral and website content.
• Coordinate regional marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and seminars including logistics and post-event analysis.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to align marketing with sales goals and pipeline generation.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
• Maintain and update marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
