Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles, specifically within the CEE region.
• Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the CEE market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business landscape.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with budget management and performance reporting.
• Fluent in English and at least one major CEE language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian). Additional CEE languages are a significant plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the CEE region.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with local partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights within the CEE market to inform marketing strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Hitachi in the CEE region, promoting its values and solutions.
