Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Global Workplace EMEA Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead regional lab infrastructure with a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office on average). You will drive standards, space data accuracy, and site reliability while coordinating with real estate, operations, and lab stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities include coordinating with global teams, forecasting capacity, and delivering dashboards that track portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with building systems (HVAC, boilers, cooling, BAS/controls).
• Experience translating technical requirements into infrastructure solutions.
• Experience managing capital budgets, forecasting, and business cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of lab configurations, power distribution, cooling methods, and building controls.
• Oversee electrical generation systems and site reliability assessments.
• Lead coordination with lab stakeholders and regional workplace managers.
• Benchmark practices and drive adoption of standards across EMEA labs.
• Prepare regional dashboards and report project status and capacity.
