Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Workplace Operations Manager to lead a regional CRE team across multiple large sites. You will drive safety, efficiency, and community initiatives, partnering with local business leaders, vendors, and landlords.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage budgets, and oversee operations to ensure spaces meet our Four Keys — Safety, Courtesy, Community, and Efficiency — every day.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally at large sites (50,000+ sq ft).
• Proven experience in hospitality, service delivery, and people leadership.
• University graduate or equivalent work experience.
• Strong track record in project management, budget ownership, and business operations.
• Excellent English — verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Delight the Customer: maintain service standards, fast escalation handling, and community-building initiatives across the region.
• Safety First: own site security and safety, emergency plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Courtesy & Compliance: align CRE Ops with finance, legal, compliance and risk; ensure clear communication and escalation paths.
• Community: build budgets and metrics; promote inclusivity, wellness, and sustainability; coach and develop the team.
• Efficiency: collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Global Vendor Manager; contribute to planning and Capex/Opex proposals; advocate CRE value.
