Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Global Workplace EMEA Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee regional lab infrastructure and related programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with real estate, IT, and operations across the EMEA region in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will manage lab configurations, standards, and capacity planning, driving adoption of AI-enabled building systems and ensuring reliable, cost-efficient operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with mechanical or critical building systems in multi-site facilities.
• Experience translating technical requirements into infrastructure solutions.
• Experience managing capital budgets, forecasting, and business case development.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications; AI-enabled building systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of lab configurations, cooling/air and power distribution.
• Oversee electrical generation systems (diesel generators).
• Conduct condition assessments for lab locations to evaluate infrastructure.
• Support standards for building control systems, lab power densities, and configurations.
• Act as interface for site reliability assessments and improve lab functionality.
• Organize monthly meetings with stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Develop and maintain a regional dashboard reporting project status and capacity.
