Job summary

Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) in Warsaw is seeking an EMEA HRIS Key User to bridge HR and technology, ensuring HR processes are supported by SAP SuccessFactors and related tools.

You will collaborate with HR Service Centers, COEs, HR Business Partners and external vendors to implement, maintain and optimize systems, driving data quality and standardization for a data-driven HR organization across the region.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, information systems or related area.
• At least 2 years in HR operations or HRIS, with international exposure preferred.
• Experience in HR system implementation, optimization or transformation is advantageous.
• Experience in a matrix environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for HR systems across EMEA focusing on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Investigate and resolve HR system issues with HR teams, IT and vendors.
• Support testing, upgrades, releases and performance improvements.
• Drive standardization and optimization of HR processes including recruitment and data management.
• Ensure data quality through audits, reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Assist change management with training and communications.
• Participate in HR digitalization and transformation projects.
