Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese multinational and worldwide the biggest producer and supplier of HVAC‑R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology. DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle‑East and Africa comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region. Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

We are looking for a new colleague to be part our EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE). You are an HR Expert able to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide advice in the area of organisational development on an international level. Being the EMEA HR Process Owner, you are accountable for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving key HR processes to ensure they meet organizational goals, comply with standards, and deliver consistent end‑to‑end results across the region.

You will support the implementation of HR strategies by collaborating with management and HR colleagues to ensure key initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with long‑term objectives. As part of the EMEA HR CoE ambition, you will drive change and innovation in people‑and‑organisation‑related policies and practices, providing future‑proof solutions & best practices in order to develop and support the realisation of both business’ and HR’ goals. As part of a team of HR Experts covering different key areas, you will work in our office in Warsaw, Poland and you will have the opportunity to travel to other European premises when needed.

Key Responsibilities

This role will focus on following areas as a priority:

Change Management

• Partner with HR leadership, diverse HR teams in EMEA and business leaders to support required initiatives to transition to one EMEA HR organization.
• Facilitate communication and alignment on future state HR structure.

Organizational and Operational Efficiency Project Follow‑Up

• Support the implementation and coordination of initiatives to standardise and digitalise HR payroll and recruitment processes within EMEA countries, contributing to the development of centralised HR service centres on a national level.
• Ensure alignment between HR processes and technical implementation (in collaboration with HRIS team).

Grading Structure

• Own content for job grading framework across EMEA, ensuring consistent concepts and language based on deep understanding of the business activities in different Daikin organisations and using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
• Collaborate with other HR Experts in the team to map functions, align levels and titles, and link to the concept of “Growth Portfolio” in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure alignment between HR processes and technical implementation (in collaboration with HRIS team).

M&A Integration

• Coordinate Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) activities for HR and facilitate smooth organisational integration when new companies join the Daikin Group.
• In collaboration with other HR Experts & diverse HR teams in EMEA, support cultural integration and change management initiatives.

Required Profile

Education & Skills

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
• Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
• Monitoring trends and advancements in the HR field to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Knowledge of the Korn Ferry Hay methodology and/or experience with business process reengineering and project management is considered a plus.

Experience

• Proven experience as HR consultant, HR advisor and Change Agent in project management.
• Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation.
