Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics is seeking an experienced HR Operations specialist for the EMEA region. You will manage employee inquiries, enable Tier 0 self-service, and coordinate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and COEs to deliver seamless services.

You will handle complex data changes in Workday, maintain knowledge resources, and support audits while driving process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years in HR Operations or shared services with ownership of processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and lifecycle processes in international/EMEA context.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR data management.
• Knowledge management principles, audits, and governance with tools like SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for employee inquiries across EMEA with timely resolutions.
• Empower employees via Tier 0 self-service guidance and Workday functionality.
• Manage complex inquiries and escalate appropriately to Tier 2 support.
• Document cases and communications in the case management system with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain FAQs and standardized responses to reduce inquiries.
• Handle complex HR data changes in Workday across the EMEA lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, and external vendors to improve services.
• Monitor legislative changes and implement in local HR processes across regions.
• Prepare HR documentation, reports, and support audits with accuracy.
• Identify knowledge gaps and improve content, processes, and self-service.
