Job summary

Moderna is expanding its international HR Operations hub in Warsaw, seeking an HR Operations Partner to provide accurate, timely, employee-focused HR support across the EMEA region. You will own Workday transactions, case management, and knowledge management while driving digitalization and AI-assisted improvements to self-service and content quality.

The role requires 4+ years in HR operations, a Master’s degree in a related field, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR Operations or shared services.
• Experience with Workday HCM and data privacy/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact across EMEA, delivering timely HR support.
• Enable Tier 0 self-service with Workday guidance.
• Handle complex inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Document cases and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and maintain FAQs for self-service.
• Manage HR data changes in Workday across EMEA.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll and vendors.
• Improve service delivery through digitalization and AI tools.
