Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Warsaw seeks a Regional Business Partner within Human Capital Management to partner with employees, managers and HCM colleagues across Europe. You will deliver HR solutions, drive strategic initiatives and shape the employee experience through collaboration and innovation.

You will focus on onboarding, mobility, development and lifecycle processes, while ensuring seamless HR operations and strong relationships with business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ HR experience, ideally in a similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Polish labour law knowledge would be preferable.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and trustworthiness; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, highly organized with execution, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Demonstrated client service focus.
• Effective and open communicator.
• Open and sensitive to cultural/global differences; strong teamwork.
• Extensive MS Office knowledge, including Excel.
• Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be at the heart of the employee experience, providing trusted support and ensuring the seamless delivery of HR processes and services.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on a broad range of HCM-related matters
• Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, development, promotions, performance processes, and offboarding
• Deliver operational excellence across local HR processes, including employee documentation, sick leave administration, employment certificates, and employee records management
• Partner with specialist HCM teams to provide a seamless employee experience
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees across the Warsaw office
• Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, talent development, engagement, and inclusion.
• Support key people priorities and strategic initiatives for the Warsaw office in partnership with teams across Continental Europe
• Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver local talent, engagement, and development programmes
• Partner with employee networks and affinity groups on office-wide initiatives
• Lead and support events, workshops, learning programmes, and engagement activities
• Shape the future of HR through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Contribute to HCM transformation focused on efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery through automation
