Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking an EMEA FF&E Circularity & Asset Coordinator to drive regional implementation of our FF&E circularity program across EMEA. You will manage assets, coordinate across Facilities, Design & Construction, MAC, Procurement, Sustainability, and site teams to maximize reuse and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations, FF&E coordination, asset management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of furniture inventory, moves, storage, reuse, donation, or disposal processes.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple sites, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with asset management systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, or inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve regional FF&E asset inventories, including location, quantity, condition, ownership, storage status, and reuse eligibility.
• Track FF&E through full lifecycle and flag end-of-life assets for reuse before disposal.
• Coordinate with IFM vendors to support FF&E verification across regional sites.
• Help improve data quality and consistency across regional asset records.
• Coordinate with project teams to match inventory with upcoming demand before procurement.
• Support reuse-first planning with Design, Construction, MAC, Portfolio, Procurement, and Facilities teams.
