Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Facilities Manager to own service delivery across client sites, coordinating budgets, compliance, and the FM team to deliver on KPIs and SLAs. You will be the on-site go-to person, solving problems, coordinating vendors, and upholding JLL’s reputation in the local market.

The role combines operational leadership with stakeholder management, budget accountability, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work option in a premier Warsaw Spire workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or guiding teams.
• Solid financial acumen with budgets and forecasts.
• Practical facilities and building operations knowledge.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery across a portfolio of client sites and KPI/SLA performance.
• Be the primary client contact, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Develop and implement building operation plans tailored to each site.
• Manage budgets with Finance, tracking spend and forecasts.
• Coordinate procurement and contract processes with Procurement.
• Lead the FM team to deliver programs and initiatives.
• Conduct site inspections and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure Health & Safety, environmental, and statutory compliance.
• Represent JLL in the local market and support business continuity.
