BD Warsaw is seeking an independent Events & Tradeshow Manager to lead regional event planning and operational delivery across EMEA. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, lead-capture, and post-event follow-up, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and country teams to maximize impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in event marketing, congress management, field marketing or customer-engagement programs in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple events across countries, including complex congresses, trade shows, roadshows or customer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the integrated EMEA events and congresses calendar, ensuring visibility of strategic regional, global and priority local activities.
• Partner with portfolio, segment, sales and country teams to assess event opportunities and prioritize participation.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of approximately 40 EMEA events and congresses annually.
• Develop event activation plans covering sponsorship deliverables, booth experience, demonstrations, staffing, and follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics including contracts, exhibition space, booth design, shipments, travel, and onsite schedules.
• Select and manage event agencies, booth builders, and suppliers; monitor timelines, quality and cost.
• Manage the assigned EMEA event budget, approvals, invoices and forecasts.
• Create repeatable event toolkits, timelines and templates for consistency across EMEA.
• Coordinate event-related content and brand messaging with stakeholders.
