Job summary

Box is an AI-first company enabling enterprise content management. The Senior Business Operations and Strategy Manager will partner with the Engineering Business Operations and Strategy (EBOS) team to support Box Engineering across the Build organization, focusing on EMEA.

You will guide planning and reporting processes—including Annual Planning, Quarterly Planning, QBRs, and monthly Operational Reviews—and drive performance-tracking initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business or engineering operations or related role.
• Strong ownership of planning cycles and reporting.
• Experience with OKR tracking, KPI measurement, and performance reporting.
• Ability to design workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership.
• Proven cross-functional relationship building with engineering leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scaling tech company.

Responsibilities

• Own optimization strategies and design operational workflows to reduce friction.
• Guide Engineering teams across EMEA for planning and reporting cadences.
• Drive and maintain OKR tracking and KPI reporting for leadership visibility.
• Partner on production support, SLA management, and issue resolution.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and support strategic decisions.
• Create and deliver leadership presentations and materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance on planning and initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc EBOS needs.
