Job summary

Box is seeking a Workplace Services Team Manager, EMEA, to lead operations for our Warsaw and London hubs and regional co-working sites. You will drive a productive, welcoming workplace, oversee a regional team, and manage vendor relationships and budgets.

You will set standards for service delivery across EMEA, partner with Real Estate, IT, and People teams, and mentor a growing team while enabling innovative workplace initiatives that reflect Box's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing workplace services, facilities, or office operations in a large corporate environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and development of a high-performing workplace services team.
• Regional project management experience across multiple departments and geographies.
• Experience managing operational and event budgets with forecasting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across Warsaw and London hubs and regional sites.
• Lead office space allocation, moves, and reconfigurations.
• Manage vendor relationships, tenders, onboarding, and service delivery.
• Set regional standards and workflows for high-quality, consistent service.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation of Workplace Services spend.
