Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of proven engineering leadership managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into EPICs, stories, and tasks.
• Solid backend focus with some frontend exposure is a plus.

• Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into well-defined EPICs and technical stories.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineers to refine the backlog.
• Maintain high engineering standards and sound design decisions.
• Monitor velocity and capacity to optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate dependencies and align stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Stay hands-on on critical initiatives, including code reviews.
• Ensure monitoring, observability, SLIs/SLOs for all services.
