Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank AG is seeking an Associate on the EMEA Engineering COO team in Warsaw. You will partner with cross-divisional teams to execute strategic priorities, optimize processes, and coordinate meetings, while developing a deep understanding of the Engineering organization and IT infrastructure.

You will leverage advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to deliver executive-ready presentations, drive data-driven insights, and support organizational transformation within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business management or COO support, project management, or operations within tech or financial services.
• Understanding of the financial services industry and IT concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate analyses into executive-ready presentations.
• Proven track record of supporting end-to-end projects, tracking deliverables, and managing risk.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes to drive efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and dashboard experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable briefing senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-divisional teams to support EMEA Engineering COO's strategic priorities.
• Support location and people strategies and optimize Engineering-specific processes.
• Coordinate targeted internal or external meetings.
