Job summary

Box Poland is seeking a Workplace Services Team Manager, EMEA, to lead strategy, operations, and community experience across Warsaw and London hubs, and regional co-working locations. You will oversee a regional team, manage vendor relationships, and champion employee experience initiatives.

The role emphasizes building a productive, welcoming workplace aligned with Box culture and ESG requirements, with strong focus on operations, safety, and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing workplace services, facilities, or office operations in a large corporate environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor contracts.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing workplace services team.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across Warsaw and London hubs, ensuring productive, safe, and welcoming environments and a culture of belonging for all Boxers.
• Lead office space allocation, moves, and reconfigurations to support rapid growth.
• Partner with building management on maintenance, leases, and infrastructure across EMEA locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, tenders, onboarding, and service delivery for facilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional Workplace Services team in Warsaw and London.
• Set regional standards and workflows to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Plan, budget, and track regional Workplace Services budgets and event spending with Finance.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate, Security, End User Support, and People.
• Support ESG reporting, audits, and Health & Safety documentation.
• Represent Workplace Services at All Hands, site forums, and during office hours.
• Drive innovative workplace initiatives such as catering, space improvements, and wellbeing programs.
• Lead onboarding meetings for new hires and serve as a contact for employees and vendors.
• Manage Slack channels for Poland and Warsaw to ensure timely information flow.
