Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, channel management, or commercial leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, medical imaging, radiation oncology, or a related technical industry.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel up to 30% throughout EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across EMEA.
• Lead relationships with distributors and channel partners; drive performance and market expansion.
• Collaborate with distributors to grow strategic accounts and accelerate adoption of Ashland's Diagnostic Films portfolio.
