Job summary

BD in Wroclaw is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support integration analytics, TSA exit reporting, and commercial performance analytics across EMEA. You will build dashboards, perform trend analysis, and generate insights for sales and installed-base performance, with emphasis on data quality and automation.

Effective collaboration with country teams, strong SQL, Power BI, Python, and Git skills are essential, along with experience in healthcare or life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, data analytics or a comparable analytical role
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Integration analytics: provide the commercial analysis behind integration decisions
• Commercial reporting: build and enhance sales reporting and analytics for TSA exit readiness
• Capability building: support deployment of practices and tools across the organization
• Integration tracking: maintain commercial reporting that tracks integration milestones and revenue continuity
• Performance reporting: build dashboards for sales performance by country, channel, product and segment
• Trend and driver analysis: analyze growth, decline and mix changes and identify drivers
• Insight generation: translate findings into actionable recommendations for EMEA teams
• Installed base analytics: maintain analysis of instrument installed base
• Reagent pull-through: analyze consumable pull-through against installed instruments
• Pipeline health: maintain pipeline data and analyze funnel metrics
• Forecast accuracy: measure forecast accuracy at country/EMEA level
• Predictive analytics: develop models for opportunity scoring and demand patterns
• Data quality: monitor CRM data integrity and drive improvements
• Data preparation: create repeatable data pipelines and models
• Version control: manage scripts and reporting logic in Git
• Automation: streamline analysis steps to save time
• Documentation: document data sources and logic for reproducibility
