Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Business Compliance Specialist EMEA, based in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on enabling effective compliance delivery across EMEA, providing guidance and approvals for business activities, and supporting HCP engagements, contracting, payments and related processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure everything aligns with Health Care Compliance requirements, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering practical

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, contracting or regulated environments.
• Ability to provide clear compliance guidance and approvals.
• Strong organizational and IT skills with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for compliance activities, contracts and payments.
• Review, validate and approve business requests (HCP interactions, sponsorships, grants).
• Prepare, draft and review contracts using approved templates and systems.
• Ensure activities comply with documentation and approvals before execution.
• Support reporting and transparency submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver training on compliance processes and regulatory expectations.
• Assist travel, PO creation and payment processing per operating model.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide compliance guidance.
