Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes business in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Business Compliance Specialist to guide compliant activities across EMEA. You will review contracts, manage payments, and support HCP engagements, ensuring processes align with Health Care Compliance and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in compliance, contracting, or regulated environments.
• Ability to provide compliance guidance and approvals.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for event compliance, contracts, and payments; maintain auditable records for all process stages.
• Prepare, draft, review and validate contracts using approved templates, systems and processes.
• Ensure all activities are fully compliant, with appropriate documentation and approvals in place prior to execution.
• Support HCP engagements and transparency reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Deliver training and coaching to the business on compliance processes and regulatory expectations.
