Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Compliance Manager for Emerging Markets EP in Warsaw, Prague, Ljubljana, Zagreb or other CEE locations. You will lead a regional compliance team and drive harmonization of processes across markets while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to support business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive healthcare compliance experience, and excellent English communication skills.

Formación

• University Degree required.
• Significant experience in Healthcare Compliance or related operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with multi-country teams.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Emerging Markets EP Business Compliance team.
• Standardize processes across markets and ensure governance.
• Oversee contracting, grants, and educational activities with compliance.
• Partner with Education, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to meet business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure audit readiness across regions.
