BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire change across major transformation initiatives, with focus on Commercial Excellence and BPT. You will lead adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across EMEA, collaborating with senior leaders.

The role requires 5-10+ years in change management, ideally in commercial excellence or sales transformation, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Travel up to 25% across Europe is expected.

Formación

• Proven experience in organisational change within complex, international organizations.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation.
• Excellent collaborator management and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
• Fluent professional English; change management certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the change strategy and roadmap for major EMEA transformation initiatives.
• Drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and resistance management across teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen their role as change sponsors.
• Translate complex programs into clear communications and storytelling.
• Develop campaigns and leadership communications across internal channels.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training, and capability-building sessions.
• Build change networks across countries, businesses and functions.
• Track adoption and progress to ensure sustainable change.
