Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Senior HR leader for the Central & Eastern Europe region. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership, change management, and governance across the Shared Service Center and regional teams.

Responsibilities include partnering with SSC and leaders to shape HR strategies, planning resources, and driving talent development, diversity, and organizational design to support BD’s growth in Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CEE HR team and implement the new HR service delivery model.
• Partner with business and SSC leaders to design and implement HR strategies.
• Define KPIs, analyze HR metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead succession planning for the region and SSC, ensuring priority for leaders.
