We are looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management EMEA to inspire change across key transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Commercial Excellence and Business Process Transformation (BPT).

As a trusted partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will lead the adoption of new processes, systems, and approaches to working across EMEA!

We are seeking a hands-on Change Manager with 5-10+ years of experience leading impactful transformations, ideally in Commercial Excellence or Sales Transformation, with strong expertise in change adoption, communications, and executive team member management.

Belgium (Erembodegem) | Spain (San Agustín del Guadalix) | Poland (Wrocław - Legnicka) | France (Grenoble)

Important

Candidates must be based near one of the listed BD offices and be able to attend the office on a regular basis.

What you'll do

• Lead the change strategy and roadmap for major EMEA transformation initiatives.
• Drive collaborator engagement, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption and resistance management.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen their role as change sponsors and advocates.
• Translate complex transformation programs into clear, engaging communications and compelling storytelling.
• Develop campaigns, leadership communications and engagement materials across internal channels.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training and capability-building sessions.
• Build and activate change networks across countries, businesses and functions.
• Track adoption and progress to help ensure sustainable change.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in Organisational Change, within a complex, international and matrixed organization.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale business transformation and organizational change.
• Excellent collaborator management, communication, storytelling and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
• A strategic problem solver with a hands‑on attitude, comfortable moving from strategy to execution.
• Strong facilitation, project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity and handle resistance.
• Fluent professional English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Organisational Change, Business, Communications, Organizational Development or a related field preferred.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci is highly desirable.
