Job summary

Citi in Warsaw invites applications for a Client Onboarding Senior Analyst on a maternity cover basis. You will apply in-depth knowledge to improve onboarding workflows and coordinate with internal partners across Front Office and Operations to ensure timely, accurate client setup.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, regulatory awareness, and high‑quality service. Candidates must excel in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Co-operate with internal partners to perform systems maintenance based on onboarding documentation.
• Process clients’ instructions with high accuracy and meet deadlines for Front Office inquiries.
• Stay up to date with procedures, rules, and external regulations.
• Maintain effective relationships with Business, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Resolve queries efficiently and promptly.
• Escalate urgent or risk issues through proper channels.
• Support other teams or processes as instructed by supervisors.
• Execute day-to-day duties and participate in trainings, projects and testing.
• Assist management in driving process efficiency and strategic initiatives.
