Job summary

JPMorganChase in Warsaw is seeking an EMEA Benefits Operations Associate to support benefits, payroll and time & attendance in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You will act as a primary contact for employee queries, coordinate across HR, payroll and vendors, and maintain documentation and controls with a continuous improvement mindset.

As part of the EMEA Benefits Team, you will handle data reviews, reconciliations and reporting while supporting initiatives that enhance process

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services or similar operational environment, including payroll/benefits exposure.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong understanding of delivering operations in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize work quickly and manage several deliverables in parallel.
• Ability to foresee deadlines or changes and assess downstream impacts.
• Strong analytical skills with data, reconciliations and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint to translate operational data into clear updates for stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with disciplined follow-through.
• Ability to build partnerships across locations, functions and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employee queries on benefits, payroll and time & attendance, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Manage multiple operational activities and deadlines, adapting priorities as needs change.
• Monitor upcoming cyclical activities and assess impact on workload and processes.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated matters.
• Perform data reviews and reconciliations, identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Maintain SOPs, controls and checklists to keep processes accurate and documented.
• Compile operational reports and documentation for in-location teams and stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors, tracking dependencies and actions.
• Support HR operations initiatives, process transitions and automation opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality and control.
