Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Warsaw invites an EMEA Benefits Operations Associate to support benefits, payroll and time & attendance across the employee life cycle.

You will be the primary contact for employee queries and coordinate resolution of complex matters while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll and vendors, review data, maintain SOPs, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR Operations or a similar operational environment.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of delivering operations in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several deliverables with changing requirements.
• Experience with data reviews, reconciliations and operational reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; familiarity with automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll and time & attendance, ensuring timely, accurate and professional resolution.
• Manage multiple operational activities and deadlines concurrently, reprioritizing effectively as business needs and volumes change.
• Maintain awareness of upcoming cyclical activities and deadlines, assessing impact on workload and processes.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated matters.
• Perform data reviews and reconciliations, identify discrepancies and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain and update SOPs, controls and checklists to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Compile operational reports and data for in-location teams, management and stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors, monitoring dependencies and following through on actions.
• Support HR Operations initiatives, process transitions, automation opportunities and improvement activities.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality and operational control.
