Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Warsaw invites applications for a Global Banking Deal Services Senior Associate. You will act as a banker-facing execution partner, providing end-to-end operational support across debt, equity, and M&A transactions in EMEA.

You will lead execution coordination, drive milestones, manage risks, and align stakeholders while working autonomously within a global matrix organization. Strong communication and deal experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Highly self-driven with strong self-organization; work independently under time pressure.
• Demonstrated experience supporting execution of deals (M&A/ECM/DF/Loans) with governance knowledge.
• Strong risk awareness and control mindset; able to judge under tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making; anticipate blockers and resolve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear status reporting and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution coordination for deal teams during origination-to-close across EMEA.
• Own pipeline governance; oversee deliverables, surface risks, drive resolution.
• Ensure diligence and control requirements are completed; manage interlocks and bottlenecks.
• Represent Deal Services in due diligence; coordinate follow-ups across stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Legal, Credit, Research, Finance, and others.
• Coordinate underwriting committee approval process end-to-end.
• Facilitate advisory for new/existing business; ensure timely KYC completions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden.
• Own execution risk management; anticipate issues and drive timely resolution.
