Job summary

Vaillant Group Business Services Poland is seeking a software integration engineer to help build and maintain the embedded Linux platform powering our heating systems.

You will work across teams to integrate software, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, validate releases, and participate in SAFe agile processes with cross-functional partners.

This role offers a dynamic international environment, exposure to embedded Linux, and opportunities to apply AI-supported engineering approaches.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Experience in software integration, testing or related engineering in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of embedded Linux and Yocto with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD experience.
• Nice to have: SOME/IP, Robot Framework, Squish, HVAC domain interest.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of software platform powering heating systems.
• Integrate software from multiple teams into stable embedded Linux products.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, validation, and release management.
• Collaborate in a SAFe environment with architects, product management, and other teams.
• Analyze impact of changes and help resolve integration challenges across components.
