Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an expert Embedded Linux Engineer to shape a software-defined vehicle platform, integrating Linux, Android, QNX, AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR. You will lead kernel, BSP bring-up, and security work streams while collaborating with silicon vendors and partner teams.

You will apply C/C++, shell scripting and low-level Linux knowledge to push performance, reliability and innovation across embedded systems for ADAS and Infotainment projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Embedded Linux environments.
• Strong expertise in Linux kernel, U-Boot, and Device Tree development.
• Solid knowledge of kernel security features and system hardening.
• Proven ability to diagnose kernel panics and driver issues.
• Hands-on in C/C++, shell scripting and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Yocto-based embedded Linux platform architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Drive BSP integration, board bring-up and kernel strategy.
• Own kernel configuration management, Device Tree deployment and bootloader design.
• Optimize performance, boot time, footprint, reliability and security.
• Define approaches to Linux kernel security and secure platform design.
• Diagnose kernel panics and low-level issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Interface with silicon vendors and partners; provide technical leadership across topics.
• Apply C/C++ and shell scripting to advance embedded engineering.
