Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Mobility Test Department in Tczew, Poland. You will execute validation testing for electrified vehicle systems, prepare test setups, and document results as part of a cross‑functional team.

The role requires a technical degree and 1–3 years in testing or validation, with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in LabVIEW/Python. On‑site work in Poland with a collaborative, safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in testing, laboratory operations, validation, or product development or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute validation testing for electrified vehicle systems and components including PDUs, BDUs, Power electronics, ePowertrain systems, transmissions, and clutch components for passenger and commercial vehicles.
• Prepare test samples, instrumentation, fixtures, and laboratory equipment for test execution.
• Follow approved test procedures and customer requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment and test benches.
• Assist in the development and modification of test methods, fixtures, and automation systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including test reports and validation records.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and technicians to ensure successful project completion.
• Comply with safety, quality, and IATF requirements.
