Job summary

Eaton’s Mobility Group in Tczew, Poland, is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to define validation requirements, develop test methodologies, and coordinate lab tests for electrified and conventional vehicle systems. You’ll work with global teams to drive test bench optimization and report preparation.

Requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, 4–7 years in testing or engineering, and strong data analysis skills. Polish and English language proficiency are needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in testing, validation, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, validation, and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Define product validation requirements and test methodologies.
• Coordinate laboratory tests and analyze results for reports.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to support development and validation.
• Execute validation testing for electrified and conventional vehicle systems.
• Prepare and manage testing activities per customer requirements and IATF guidelines.
• Develop, modify, and optimize test benches, fixtures, and automated systems.
