Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw is seeking an analytical Hospitality Valuation & Advisory Intern to support our consulting team across Central and Eastern Europe.

You will help with market research, financial analysis, and valuation projects for hotels and hospitality assets, and assist in client presentations and reports. This role is ideal for students in hospitality, economics, finance, or real estate who want hands-on experience in a leading global firm.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Polish language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Support valuation and feasibility studies for hotels and mixed-use hospitality projects.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive set analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial models, cash-flow projections, and performance reviews.
• Gather and analyze industry data, occupancy trends, and revenue indicators.
• Contribute to client presentations, reports, and advisory materials.
