Job summary

Citigroup Poland is hiring a Reference Data Services Analyst in a hybrid Warsaw setting. The role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and improving client and counterparty data across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and service levels.

You will support the team, supervise junior staff on project initiatives, and uphold compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements. English proficiency is essential and a degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization.
• Very good English knowledge (written & spoken).
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels.
• Act as backup for manager and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Manage and deliver project initiatives and supervise junior staff to ensure task delivery.
• Escalate and report control issues, fostering compliance with laws and Citi policies.

Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
