Qualifications

• University degree or current studies in progress.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under supervision yet show independence.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel with macros.
• Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic, Python) are a plus.
• Experience with GIS/QGIS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing draft valuation reports in Polish and English.
• Collect real estate market data and support market analyses.
• Provide organizational support for day-to-day team operations.
