Gcore is seeking a Technical Support professional in Poland to handle customer and internal requests in English, diagnose issues, and provide effective resolutions for Edge Network products. You will gather information, escalate when needed, and share knowledge to improve support capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC, ping, traceroute).
• Good understanding of Linux diagnostics (logs).
• Hands-on experience with API usage.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and occasionally phone calls in English.
• Provide consultations regarding Edge Network products and services.
• Perform diagnostics to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Identify patterns and suggest improvements to prevent reoccurrences.
