Job summary

Spyrosoft is seeking a Project Manager for its eCommerce practice in Wrocław to lead Magento-based projects from discovery to deployment and ongoing development.

You will own project scope, budget, timeline, and risks, while building strong client relationships and coordinating cross-functional development teams. Proactive, English-fluent professionals with solid API/integration knowledge fit best.

Your role in Spyrosoft eCommerce

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering e-commerce projects based on Magento – from initial analysis through implementation and further development. This role requires a high level of ownership, combining business mindset with strong technical understanding.

What you will be doing:

• lead projects end-to-end (analysis, estimation, delivery, maintenance & development)
• manage scope, budget, timeline, and risks
• build and maintain strong client relationships – acting as the main point of contact and escalation
• coordinate development teams and ensure smooth delivery flow
• create and manage backlogs, define requirements and acceptance criteria
• run Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, retrospectives)
• work with project data and reporting (status, budget, progress)
• participate in pre-implementation analysis and workshops
• support presales activities (estimations, proposals, negotiations)
• actively use AI/LLM-based tools in your daily work

We’re looking for you if:

• you have experience as a Project Manager in IT or e-commerce projects
• you have hands-on experience with Magento implementations (MUST HAVE)
• you understand the relationship between scope – budget – quality – timeline
• you have a solid technical background (APIs, repositories, integrations, etc.)
• you understand SDLC and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
• you communicate effectively with both clients and development teams
• you are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• you work with tools like Jira and Confluence
• you can clearly define requirements and communicate decisions
• you are proactive, independent, and take ownership of your projects
• you are fluent in English (min. B2/C1)

Nice to have:

• experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopware, Shopify or Mirakl
• knowledge of integrations (ERP, PIM, marketplaces)
• experience in UX and/or web analytics
• experience in project planning
• certifications related to Magento or project management
