Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Magento 2/Adobe Commerce development experience.
• Solid experience with PHP 8.
• Expert knowledge of Magento services like MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Varnish, Swagger, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with at least one PIM system: Pimcore, Akeneo, or Ergonode.
• Experience working with Docker.
• Strong Composer knowledge.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Able to work independently and communicate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with PHPUnit and PHPStan.
• Certified Adobe Commerce developer.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Nice to have: AI tools in development workflows.
• Nice to have: MCP server integration with Magento/Adobe Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functionalities for Magento 2/Adobe Commerce webshops.
• Work with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and integrations.
• Help create eCommerce solutions from discovery to MVP and beyond.
• Adhere to Magento best practices, document code, and write tests.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with Tech Lead/Architect.

Salary ranges:

• Regular: 60-100 PLN/h


• Senior: 100-125 PLN/h


• Lead: 125-155 PLN/h

Requirements:

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain functionalities for Magento 2/Adobe Commerce webshops


• Work with Product Information Management (PIM) systems - understanding of PIM concepts and experience integrating or managing PIM solutions is a strong plus


• Help create new eCommerce solutions for our clients - from the first discovery to launching MVP and helping further down the line with more innovations


• Adhere to Magento best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development


• Be an active part of code review - it is very important for us Collaborate with Tech Lead / Architect to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits, etc.)


• Interact directly with business clients


• Collaborate with the entire team to create new tools and solutions internally
