Job summary

Spyrosoft is seeking a Project Manager for its eCommerce practice in Wrocław to lead Magento-based projects from discovery to deployment and ongoing development.

You will own project scope, budget, timeline, and risks, while building strong client relationships and coordinating cross-functional development teams. Proactive, English-fluent professionals with solid API/integration knowledge fit best.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT/e-commerce projects.
• Strong Magento implementation knowledge.
• Ability to balance business and technical perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce projects from analysis to delivery and maintenance.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline and risks.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the main contact.
• Coordinate development teams and ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Create and manage backlogs, define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Run Agile ceremonies and report on status, budget, and progress.
• Support pre-implementation analysis and workshops.
• Assist presales with estimations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Utilize AI/LLM-based tools to enhance daily work.
