Job summary

Lyreco Group is seeking a Google Analytics & GTM Specialist to strengthen data-driven decision-making across our eCommerce platforms. You will partner with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate analytics data and actionable insights.

The role involves designing measurement plans, implementing tracking via GTM, maintaining dashboards in Power BI, and continuously improving data governance. English fluency and SQL knowledge are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an eCommerce Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Advanced Excel skills.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
Knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.
Familiarity with Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain measurement plans aligned with business needs.
Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Ensure proper documentation of tracking setups and data flows.
Support testing phases and validate data layer implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical tracking issues.
Analyze behavioral, transactional and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI).
Provide actionable insights to improve customer journey and conversion.
