Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a Data Analyst to bridge business needs and data capabilities. You will contribute to analytics initiatives, from problem framing to insight delivery, and partner with stakeholders.

You will build robust analyses, scalable reporting, and actionable recommendations, working with IT, BI teams, and business partners in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-related role.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong SQL knowledge and data visualization experience (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and build sustainable reporting and dashboards.
• Manage end-to-end analytics: data collection, analysis, visualization and presentation to stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes.
• Support governance and knowledge sharing across teams and departments.

Analytics Project Participation

• Take part in analytical projects by translating business needs into data‑driven solutions
• Design and implement sustainable reporting and dashboards
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes
• Contribute to the company’s evolution towards a more data‑driven organization

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders
• Understand, challenge and prioritize business needs
• Coordinate with BI teams, developers and other data experts to deliver solutions

End‑to‑End Data Analysis

• Manage the full analytics lifecycle: data collection, analysis, visualization and presentation
• Analyze customer, product and transactional data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Deliver clear insights and influence decision‑making

Ad‑hoc Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives
• Deliver actionable recommendations to business partners
• Monitor the quality of delivered solutions and report issues when needed

Governance & Knowledge Sharing

• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and IT policies
• Support adoption of reporting tools through training and guidance
• Contribute to the development and upskilling of team members

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data‑related role
• Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• High level of curiosity and critical thinking
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities

Languages
