G2A.COM is seeking a Data Analyst to own analytical topics end to end, from problem definition to actionable recommendations and measurable impact. You will combine SQL, Python, experimentation, and data visualization to turn insights into business decisions.

You will work with stakeholders across teams, build dashboards, and contribute to improving e-commerce performance while growing with the company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical datasets.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Solid understanding of statistics and analytical thinking in business contexts.
• Ability to independently lead analytical topics and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying experimentation techniques to validate product or business changes.
• Ability to identify opportunities and solutions that improve user experience and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical topics end to end – from problem definition to actionable recommendations.
• Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including defining hypotheses and success metrics.
• Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into measurable changes.
• Help define and monitor key business and product metrics.
• Improve and automate reporting processes where it makes sense.
• Ensure data quality and apply statistical thinking in real business contexts.
