Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a PCB design engineer with electronics expertise to design and verify multilayer PCBs for digital and analog systems using microcontrollers. You will collaborate with local and remote engineering teams and ensure EMI/EMC considerations are met during development.

The role requires strong CAD and simulation tool skills, leadership and effective communication, and will contribute to high-volume, reliable manufacturing processes across ALTEN Polska projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• Experience designing PCBs for digital/analog with microcontrollers and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Proficient in CAD and simulation tools.
• Strong English, leadership and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.
• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
• Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.
• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
• Follow Electrical Design Process.
• Secure confidential information and company’s property.
• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar.
• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement.
• Experience in PCB design for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design.
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools.
• Good English skills (both spoken and written).
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Team oriented.
