Job summary

ALTEN Polska is a leading engineering and IT services company in Poland, part of the ALTEN Group with offices across major Polish cities. We are seeking a dedicated PCB design engineer to work on multilayer PCBs, schematics, and production documentation within a global engineering environment.

The role requires experience in digital/analog PCB design, emphasis on microcontrollers and EMI/EMC, plus strong CAD skills and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with focus on microcontroller devices
• Experience in EMI/EMC compliance for PCB designs
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Team oriented

Responsibilities

• Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.
• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
• Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.
• Co‑operation with local and remote engineering teams.
• Follow Electrical Design Process.
• Secure confidential information and company’s property.
• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar.
• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement.
• Experience in PCB design for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design.
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools.
• Good English skills (both spoken and written).
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Team oriented.
